Officially, it’s Lake Creek falls and the ‘slides’ are just downstream, but we locally know it as Triangle Lake rock slides due to it’s proximity to Triangle Lake and the creek itself is runoff from the lake. Often crowded on summer weekends, parking can be a bear in the 20ish parking spots that lie a few hundred yards away. There’s a strict no-parking on the highway and it’s definitely enforced — I’ve seen people issued citations for being 2″ on the road.

After the snow-melt is gone, we’re left with a lot less water flow but at the same time the water is warmer. Videos this year were taken by my cousins in late August.
